The Necessity of
Scientific Research
in the Business World
Data is beyond numbers. It is a story, made up of many and varied factors. Some are related to behavior, others to cognition, and all are related to the human being.
Empirical social research, whether its purpose is to examine market factors and study business competition and strategic superiority, or whether its purpose is to gain deep insights into users/partners behavior - the research makes us better understand the reality we face.
Interviews, surveys, focus groups, content analysis, social-lab, meta-analysis and other smart methods, along with a deep understanding of social theory lead to business recommendations being the result of knowledge, experience, examination, and a broad understanding of the influencing factors.
